Alpha Plus

Alpha Plus Psylliumfröskal EKO 250 g contains psyllium husks, which are rich in dietary fiber. They form a gel when mixed with water and support gastrointestinal function. Perfect to use in bread baking, morning muesli or in a smoothie.

Use:
Psyllium husks are easy to use, for example by sprinkling them on the porridge or the yoghurt or by mixing them in drinks. If you want a satiating effect, mix 2 teaspoons (3.5 g) together with at least 3 dl of liquid and consume immediately and up to 3 times daily. It is important to take psyllium husks with plenty of fluids, as they swell greatly. Psyllium should be taken during the day (not right before bed).
It is important to have a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store at room temperature and out of reach from small children.
