Use:

Step 1: Wash your feet with a mild soap and water and pat them dry before using the foot file. For best results, soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes (you can use Le Mini Macaron's Fizzy Foot Bath Bombs). This will help soften the skin and make it easier to remove dead skin cells. Step 2: Firmly grasp the handle of the foot file and ensure a comfortable grip. Make sure your hand is secure to avoid slipping during use. Apply gentle pressure to the rough areas of your foot, such as the heels, balls and edges. Avoid excessive pressure, as this may cause irritation or damage to the skin. TIP: Always file in one direction, preferably from the outer edges towards the centre. Avoid using a back and forth motion as this can lead to uneven results. Step 3: After filing, rinse your feet with cold water to remove any remaining skin particles. Pat your feet dry with a clean towel. Step 4: Apply a moisturizing foot cream.
