Kelp is a large, leafy seaweed belonging to the brown algae family. They grow in "forests" in the colder parts of the waters of the world's oceans. Kelp has been used for centuries as an important nutritional staple ingredient in Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisines. It is also an excellent source of iodine, which has been shown to support healthy thyroid function. NOW Kelp delivers iodine in its natural form that occurs in foods.
Use:

Dosage: 1 tablet daily with meals.
