Pyunkang Yul's Low pH Cleansing Water works as a makeup remover, first cleanser and gentle exfoliator. Use:
Saturate a cotton pad with Cleansing Water, then gently sweep across the face. For heavy eye and lip liner makeup, apply soaked cotton pad for 1-2 minutes and then gently blot clean.
