Tromborg’s facial sunscreen contains the same gorgeous organic ingredients as Tromborg’s regular sunscreens – including kukui nut oil, pomegranate, aloe vera and glycerine – for their healing, moisturizing and nourishing effects. Added to the list for this sunscreen are additional ingredients that repair skin cells and prevent damage. The facial sunscreen is enriched with superoxide dismutase (SOD), which repairs skin cells and reduces the damage caused by superoxide – the most common free radical to attack our skin.

SOD is naturally present in the outer and middle layers of our skin (epidermis and dermis), where it protects the fibroblasts – the skin’s little production cells that ensure the formation of the main skin components, such as collagen and elastin, needed to maintain healthy skin. SOD is the world’s most powerful antioxidant when it comes to neutralising free radicals and preventing wrinkles.

SOD is anti-aging at the highest level. Adding it to the Deluxe Face Sun Protection gives you optimal protection, since the amount of SOD in our skin decreases as we age, while the amount of free radicals increases (partly through depletion caused by sun exposure).
The sunscreen also includes both UVA and UVB filters for optimal protection.

How to use
Apply sunscreen before you go out in the sun. Avoid direct sunlight between 11 am and 3 pm. Apply the sunscreen frequently to keep you protected. Use plenty of sunscreen for each application. Suitable for all skin types.
